SOCIAL SERVICE GUILD
1. The aims and objects of the Social Service Guilde are as follows : a) To grant stipends to the poor and meritorious students of the college. b) To form a voluntary corps for rendering help to the sick and destitute during festivals such as car festival and at the time of flood and other natural calamities. 2. The guide is managed by an Executive Committee consisting of the following. a) President - Principal (Ex-officio) b) Vice President - To be nominated by the principal from among the members of the teaching staff. c) Secretary - to be elected by the students. d) Assistant Secretary - To be elected by the students. e) Class representative from each class. 3. Function - The Executive Committee will recommend to the principal of the college the names of the poor deserving students who would receive from the fund of the social guide. The principal shall be the final authority in all matters relating to the guide.
