NOTICE ADMIN GALLERY

The Building committee of the college is constituted with following members.
1. Principal - Chairman
2. Administrative Bursar - Member (Ex-Officio)
3. Account Bursar - Member (Ex-Officio)
4. Lecture in charge U.G.C - Member (Ex-Officio)
5. Two teaching Staff members - Nominated by the Principal
6. One Non-Teaching Staff members - Nominated by the Principal

From the user department.
7. One technical person at least of the rank of Asst. Engineer.
8. One member nominated by the Vice-Chancellor of the University (In case of UGC sponsored building.)
9. One member of the G.B.
10. Head Clerk - Member (Ex-Officio)
11. Account - Member (Ex-Officio)

Function:
1. The committee is entrusted with the duty to look after all construction of the college
2. It carries out the projects of construction approved by C.D.C/Govt. Authorities/U.G.C
3. It supervises all the construction work of the college and the construction work is carried on with the aid of U.G.C and college development.
4. It looks into the collection, preservation and utilization of building materials.
5. Need based selection and supervision of all repairing work is made by the committee members.
6. The Committee may submit proposal to the C.D.C in connections with necessary construction work of the college.
7. Time to time review of the progress of the construction work is also made by the committee members.
