NOTICE ADMIN GALLERY

The name of the society shall be the S.R.Mahavidyalaya Dramatic Society.

The aims and objects of the Society are:-
a) To encourage the cultivation of dramatic art among the members by arranging theatrical performance or by any other means incidental or conductive to this.
b) To administer the funds that may be available for this purpose.
c) All students of the college are members of the society.

For the management of all the matters connected with the society there shall be a committee of management.

The committee of management shall consist of President Principal (Ex-Officio).

Vice President
To be nominated by the Principal from among the members of the teaching staff.

Secretary
To be elected by the students.

Asst. Secretary
To be elected by the students

One representative to be elected from each class.

There shall be an annual meeting of the members of the society in the beginning of the session. This meeting will
i) Receive and consider the account.
ii) Consider about the theatrical performance.

The committee of management shall perform the following duties.
Decide the drama to be performed. The decision shall be subject to the approval if the Principal

Present statement of accounts in the annual general meeting.

The secretary shall convene meeting and keep a record of the proceedings of these meetings.

The Assistant Secretary shall assist the Secretary in discharge of his duties and in his absence shall perform all hues functions.

The principal shall be the final authority in all matters relating to the Dramatic Society.
